Privacy Policy

Information we process

We store account details, password hashes, verification status, accepted-policy timestamps, public wallet addresses, imports, scan results, IP addresses, session information, and security events. Two-factor secrets and configured provider credentials are protected using application encryption.

Private-key handling

Advanced key import is optional and disabled unless configured by the operator. Submitted keys are used transiently to derive public addresses and then discarded. We do not operate a private-key vault, provide key retrieval, or include keys in exports, notifications, or administrator views. Seed and mnemonic imports are not supported.

Blockchain and market-data providers

Public wallet addresses are sent to configured blockchain providers to obtain balances. Providers may learn the queried addresses and the server IP. Market-data providers receive asset identifiers to retrieve cached prices. Private keys are not sent to these providers. Provider processing is subject to each provider's terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and security

Essential session and CSRF cookies support account access and request protection. No advertising trackers are part of this application. We use access controls, secure cookies in production, encryption for sensitive credentials, audit events, and rate limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Wallets and scan results remain while your account is active unless you delete them. Security and provider-health records are retained for up to 90 days in the live database. Failed queue jobs are pruned after seven days. Encrypted local backups are kept for approximately 30 days before automated removal. Deleted records can remain in these protected backups until they expire.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete wallets and finished scans, export your scan results, and revoke other sessions. Contact support to request account deletion, access to account data, or to raise privacy concerns. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
