Is registration required?
Yes. You must log in and verify your email to import and scan wallets.
Do I need to share a private key?
No. Public addresses are the recommended import method.
Can I import a mnemonic?
No. Seed and mnemonic phrases are not supported.
Are all tokens scanned?
Only native assets and enabled token contracts in the token registry are scanned.
What happens when a provider fails?
The service tries alternate enabled providers and retries jobs. Persistent failures appear as failed scans.
Can I export results?
Yes. CSV and TXT exports contain public addresses, asset balances, and estimated values.
Does an EVM address belong to one chain?
No. The same address format can exist on multiple chains; auto detection scans enabled compatible networks.
